Everything you wanted to know about SHIPPING, DELIVERY, RETURNS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Bear Skins Custom Ink makes every piece to order and on demand. We print the items and package your order, then ship them directly to you. Since each piece is custom made, we ask that you allow at 2-3 weeks for production.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, and the status of the order will be available on your account page.
Shipping is FREE for orders over $200. This will be automatically applied at checkout. For orders under $200, a flat rate of $20 will be applied to your order total.
Shipments Outside the United States
For shipments outside of the United States, delivery time varies by shipping method and order location.
Please be aware, for all international orders, there may be an additional importer tax charged by certain countries when the order is shipped through customs. Bear SKins is not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed in shipment or in customs. We cannot refund these items. If you contact customer service we may be able to remake them or issue you a credit.
*Sometimes an order is delayed due to image quality, missing shipping information or some other issue. If this is a problem, we will contact you and let you know that there will be a delay.
RETURNS, REFUND, and CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations: Once you have placed your order, you will have 24 hours to cancel. After the 24-hours no cancellations will be accepted. Bear Skins provides custom items and therefore cannot accept cancellations after the 24 hours grace period.
Quality Promise: At Bear Skins Custom Ink, we take quality very seriously. If you don’t love your order, you have up to 30 days to submit your return (see instructions below).
Refunds: Because everything we make at Bear Skins Custom Ink is custom made on demand, we, unfortunately, cannot offer cash refunds. Once we receive your authorized return, we will issue you a Bear Skins gift card code, that covers the full cost of the order.
Damaged or incorrect orders: Should you have any concerns about the quality of your product upon receipt, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # and a clear photo of the issue. We will get back to you as fast as possible.
Credit Cart Chargebacks: Bear Skins pays an additional fee on every chargeback. For this reason, we ask that if you have an issue to contact us directly before issuing a chargeback or to cancel your chargeback and work with us on the issue. If the chargeback is not canceled in exchange for a refund we will add the cost of the chargeback to any future orders you place, severe cases will result in termination of your Bear Skins account.
On very rare occasions, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. We will attempt to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. In an effort to reduce the impact of returned products, Bear Skins Custom Ink has the right to donate or recycle any returned or undelivered items as deemed appropriate in its sole discretion.
