What Company Culture IS and IS NOT – Rand’s Blog

A really excellent read on what culture is and is not in a company or on a team. Sometimes it seems that we are all getting distracted by nerf guns and bean bags instead of focussing on what culture is. That would be shared beliefs, shared priorities, and stylistic cohesion. This feels way more comfortable to me than have Nerf gun wars in the office. Just sayin’ that isn’t my culture.
