This is a great read about creating a company culture. Yes, it is great to get some great perks, like free gym memberships, vacations, and babysitting. But at the end of the day, it’s the real “culture” of the company that matters. If the culture doesn’t jive with you, then it doesn’t really matter that they are going to Mexico every other year.
